All bookings must be made by individuals 18 years or older.

A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
If the balance is not paid on time, the booking may be canceled.
We are based in Cape Coral, Florida.

Yes! You may reschedule once with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Retainers are non-refundable but transferable due to weather.
We kindly ask guests to take care of all décor and setup items.
A cleaning or damage fee starting at $50 may apply if items are returned excessively dirty or damaged beyond normal wear.
